Referral Information
Please call (310) 966-6500 to begin the referral process. Once calling, you will be asked a series of questions to assess for type of services needed. Then you will be given an official intake appointment. Most appointments are scheduled within 5 weeks of calling. After completing the intake appointment you will be assigned to case management. At that time, you will be placed on a list for individual therapy.
