Mic Ja opened the doors of Ja Yoga in 2008 as one of the first yoga studios in Long Beach. Mic wanted to create a yoga practice that integrated his love of the chakra system and bring in physical and mental health through yoga. Each day of the week encompasses a different chakra and body focus to ensure one can strengthen and stretch the whole body. In addition, he relaxes ones mind by taking his students on a journey through his story telling. Ja Yoga was created as a sanctuary to make everyone feel safe and welcome while creating health and vitality during their practice. Come in and see why eleven years later Ja Yoga is still evolving and growing.
