In fact some of these survival skills can often become detrimental for us in reaching our goals. Together we will make space for the parts of you that may have had to be locked away, for the suffering you have been experiencing, and for the ways you have learned to get by. Facing our struggles and our past can be daunting, but I have found through years of experience that doing so allows for greater freedom, groundedness, and authenticity.
