  • Services

Mindful Veteran Project serves Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members, their family members, and their caregivers/service providers, teaching simple, secular mindfulness - not meditation, spiritual practices, or relaxation techniques -  but tools to use in daily life.

We create safe, free, confidential, military-supportive environments in which participants find surprisingly immediate, healthy, and enriching connections with themselves, others, and their environment. We use these tools to enjoy deep dives into the rich experiences possible in a variety of sports events, alternative healing modalities “Wellness Days,” opera, special events, film screenings, and more, to discover a wealth of resources available to us. Our workshops/excursions/groups are primarily in the Greater Los Angeles Area, include much of Southern California, and extend worldwide via Zoom.
