Referral Information
The admissions process typically begins with a phone call or e-mail from you, your loved one, another referral source, or by receiving information from our Acadia Support Center. A member of our intake staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and provide insurance benefit checks. Call (844) 236-3105 or email us at MonteAdmissions@montecatiniEDTC.com to speak with a member of our admissions team and verify insurance benefits. You may ask any questions you have about our program at this time. Complete the phone assessment to determine appropriate level of care. The duration of the assessment is approximately 30-40 minutes and we will ask you questions about yourself, your goals, and treatment history. After the phone assessment, we will send you the pre-admission medical requirements to be completed and returned. Once the medical requirements are received and the client is medically cleared, we will schedule an admission date, review the financial agreement, transportation, and expectations.
