Reality Consciousness is an accelerated process that helps activate higher love within one's being. We meet weekly online, dealing with queer relationships. Some are coupled. Some are single. When one finds peace, solutions, insights, love from the inside, it attracts more of the same from the outside.
Reality Consciousness is a rapid way to do this, through weekly live Zoom calls. Each call contains a 10 minute class, followed by a live Awareness Meditation that changes the energy of each individual, by raising their awareness.
Consciousness is not about religion or non-religion. It is about energy and is compatible with all beliefs.
What happens depends on the individual, as there are no guarantees here. This is not therapy, but Awareness coaching. Continue to see your healthcare provider. Couples may become even stronger, or break up. Singles may find partners or resonate with being single. Everyone is different.
Our minds, bodies, spirit, and the Universe are trying to communicate with us. It takes several calls to learn the new language, as well as increase capacity for enhanced energy. Some even go to sleep, which is OK. Do not drive for 20 minutes after the call.
The live Zoom calls take place on Tuesday nights, 7PM Pacific. Tier 1 level patrons receive weekly tips. Tier 2 and 3 Patrons receive links for the LIVE calls in their inboxes.

I’m a firm believer that healing happens in relationship. And yet, for those of us who have experienced trauma and mental health concerns, relationships that aid our healing can be few and far between. Therapy is, for many of us, where we learn to heal. When we form a healthy bond with a therapist, we grow to trust them, and slowly, ourselves and others. When we can trust ourselves and others, we can learn to live again - to come out of survival mode and into the unique beauty of our individual selves, lives and experiences. Facilitating this growth in others is what I consider to be my work, and it is my honor to do it.
I specialize in helping people recover from child abuse, emotional neglect, sexual assault, and other traumas. I am skilled in working with adults and teenagers, and in issues of family and relationship conflict. I have a passion for working with people with ADHD and navigating themes of identity, executive functioning, building social support, etc.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. If you feel we might work well together, do not hesitate to call or text me at the listed phone number. Whatever you're facing, it'll be easier with company. I cannot wait to hear from you!

I specialize in relationships! The ones between myself and my clients, and those between my clients and people they seek to know more deeply (and sometimes less deeply). Anxiety reduction, depression suppression, meet your connection, find your direction.
All it takes is a little bit of adulting to realize that right about when we think we have it all together, life throws us a curveball. These instances can leave us feeling stuck – stuck in unhealthy patterns and behaviors, in feelings of anxiety or depression, and even in relational conflicts that seem impossible. For some, it’s balancing the demands of parenthood or a job situation that feels like it’s heading toward burnout. For others, it might be relationships that seem to lack boundaries and healthy expectations. However, here’s a glimmer of hope…you have the ability to move beyond “just surviving” and toward a place where you can truly thrive.
I received my bachelor’s degree in English with my teaching credential from California State University, Northridge. After ten years as a high school teacher (and my own internal struggles with what my life was “supposed” to look like), I pivoted and earned a master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from University of Phoenix. I am currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#137574).
When I am not practicing therapy, you can find me attempting to practice yoga (keyword: attempting), trying to get my kids to eat something other than chicken nuggets, or re-watching episodes of The Sopranos.
Life is challenging. You don’t have to be on this journey alone.
I specialize in clients struggling with life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship issues. I also work with couples struggling with communication and intimacy issues. Additionally, I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, a program that helps premarital and married couples enhance and better understand their relationship. I believe that creating a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship with my clients is an essential part of self-discovery and healing.
