Provide quality, strength-based mental health services to children. Help children achieve success at school and in the community. Strengthen and empower family relationships by fostering hope, wellness, and resiliency Transition Age Youth (TAY) programs provide an array of mental health and supportive services for Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) and Severe and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) youth ages 16-25. TAY programs focus on a number of priority populations to receive these services, along with a specific emphasis on outreaching and engaging TAY who are currently unserved and underserved.

Heritage Clinic

Heritage Clinic provides mental health services for adults 55+ and some at younger ages who are physically challenged or are caregiving for an older adult. Mental health services, case management, and medication support. Counseling and psychotherapy services are provided to promote healing and wellness for adults 55 and over who are struggling with a stressful life event, loss, or trauma. Full-Service Partnership provides extensive treatment for individuals diagnosed with a severe mental illness that requires support for their emotional, psychiatric, physical, and housing needs.

For The Child's mission is to build healthy lives for children and families, free of abuse, neglect and violence. For The Child will – one child at a time, one family at a time, one program at a time – build a community that provides a circle of safety and possibility for children. A comprehensive mental health program for economically disadvantaged children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral problems. Interventions are family focused, identifying family stressors and drawing upon family, cultural and community resources. Services are provided in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and the Long Beach Unified School District.

Haweya

Haweya is a social group that welcomes Middle Easterns and other ethnicities and races who share similar cultural background including East Africans, South Asians, Armenians, and others. We welcome friends and allies from all backgrounds ages 18+ who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, as well as those questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity/expression and straight allies. Haweya focuses on providing support to LGBTQ+ Middle Eastern+ people and fostering a sense of community amongst them and their allies. Men Over 40

Center for Discovery has been providing residential and outpatient treatment for adults and teens for over 20 years. This male-identifying facility serves adolescents who struggle with mental health issues and co-occurring substance use. The home-like setting includes three bedrooms and three baths, creating an atmosphere in which counselors can focus on supporting young men in learning how to manage their emotional struggles in healthy and appropriate ways by developing skills to cope with their urges for substances and high-risk behaviors.
