Reality Consciousness is an accelerated process that helps activate higher love within one's being. We meet weekly online, dealing with queer relationships. Some are coupled. Some are single. When one finds peace, solutions, insights, love from the inside, it attracts more of the same from the outside.
Reality Consciousness is a rapid way to do this, through weekly live Zoom calls. Each call contains a 10 minute class, followed by a live Awareness Meditation that changes the energy of each individual, by raising their awareness.
Consciousness is not about religion or non-religion. It is about energy and is compatible with all beliefs.
What happens depends on the individual, as there are no guarantees here. This is not therapy, but Awareness coaching. Continue to see your healthcare provider. Couples may become even stronger, or break up. Singles may find partners or resonate with being single. Everyone is different.
Our minds, bodies, spirit, and the Universe are trying to communicate with us. It takes several calls to learn the new language, as well as increase capacity for enhanced energy. Some even go to sleep, which is OK. Do not drive for 20 minutes after the call.
The live Zoom calls take place on Tuesday nights, 7PM Pacific. Tier 1 level patrons receive weekly tips. Tier 2 and 3 Patrons receive links for the LIVE calls in their inboxes.
Love, Dad believes that children, families, and communities will thrive when all fathers have the support they need to create enduring bonds with their children. Through direct service, research, and training, Love, Dad advocates for policies and practices that promote work with fathers as an expected and integrated part of engaging developing families.
We offer presentations, training, and consultation to help programs working with families with young children reframe their principles and practices to work effectively with those individuals primarily in the lives of the children they serve.

I specialize in clients struggling with life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship issues. I also work with couples struggling with communication and intimacy issues. Additionally, I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, a program that helps premarital and married couples enhance and better understand their relationship. I believe that creating a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship with my clients is an essential part of self-discovery and healing.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who uses depth-oriented/psychodynamic, relational psychotherapy to help alleviate clients' suffering. Together we will understand the depth of your pain and explore what keeps you stuck. I view clients as doing the best they can to survive, with some of these forms of survival no longer being helpful as they may have been in the past. In fact some of these survival skills can often become detrimental for us in reaching our goals. Together we will make space for the parts of you that may have had to be locked away, for the suffering you have been experiencing, and for the ways you have learned to get by. Facing our struggles and our past can be daunting, but I have found through years of experience that doing so allows for greater freedom, groundedness, and authenticity.

I specialize in clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues. As issues with motivation, attention, & sleep commonly go hand-in-hand with primary diagnoses, I became a certified sleep therapist & earned a fully accredited certification in ADHD Management. I offer therapy & assessment for ADHD, pre-adoption, and cognitive issues.
I proudly offer same-day consultations & timely apts for both therapy & assessment in under 1 week. I empower my clients to take the next personalized and informed steps towards effective, lasting change. As you learn coping skills in a warm, relational setting, we'll alleviate your symptoms by identifying and challenging your maladaptive thought, emotional, or behavioral patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we'll work to identify your strengths and apply these towards achieving your unique therapy goals. My goal is to enable you to achieve a meaningful life of purpose, connection with others, and fulfillment with yourself.
When we experience trauma, our sense of self and how we perceive the world around us becomes hijacked. Many women who have faced traumatic events feel the need to 'keep the secret,' thus compounding their pain with isolation, dissociation, hypervigilance, and shame. Trauma survivors can even think they are 'bad' and do not deserve a happy, healthy life. Sharing a traumatic experience with others can restore a sense of connectedness, meaning, and understanding. Group psychotherapy aims to provide this kind of corrective emotional experience in which the dynamics of self-blaming, silencing, and disbelief of the victim are shared and then worked through.
